- Provide quality assurance support to the product development team
- Resolve bugs, defects, and other potential issues
- Implement Rotork problem solving process – A3, 8D
- Provide support to the assembly process
- Ensure products meet the organization's and customers' quality and product integrity requirements
- Provide analysis and expertise throughout the inspection process
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline required
- 3/4 years of related experience required
- Strong ability in reading and interpreting complex drawings/blueprints to understand parameters of components/products
- Strong problem-solving skills, in-depth RCA and quality tools experience i.e. fishbone, 5W2H, 5Whys, Pareto, 8D
- Knowledgeable about current quality system standards such as ISO 9001 preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to serve as a liaison with developers, project managers, and problem-solving
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with basic GD&T preferred
- Computer proficiency in Excel and Word required
