    Responsibilities


    • Provide quality assurance support to the product development team
    • Resolve bugs, defects, and other potential issues
    • Implement Rotork problem solving process – A3, 8D
    • Provide support to the assembly process
    • Ensure products meet the organization's and customers' quality and product integrity requirements
    • Provide analysis and expertise throughout the inspection process
    Requirements


    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline required
    • 3/4 years of related experience required
    • Strong ability in reading and interpreting complex drawings/blueprints to understand parameters of components/products
    • Strong problem-solving skills, in-depth RCA and quality tools experience i.e. fishbone, 5W2H, 5Whys, Pareto, 8D
    • Knowledgeable about current quality system standards such as ISO 9001 preferred
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and organizational skills with attention to detail
    • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to serve as a liaison with developers, project managers, and problem-solving
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Familiarity with basic GD&T preferred
    • Computer proficiency in Excel and Word required
