As a
Guest Relation Manager you will be the main lead in creating a positive stay for our guests from pre-arrival to post departure, ensuring that all team members interactions with the guests are authentic and memorable.


Your responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating the activity of the Guest Relations department.
  • Motivating the Guest Relations team in order to improve sales and the quality of services.
  • Meeting and greeting VIP Guests and major corporate clients upon arrival.
  • Building relationships with guests through active lobby presents and guests follow up.
  • Being the key point of contact for our guests, efficiently responding to their inquiries and providing information and assistance.
  • Staying updated about hotel services, guest needs, and special events.
  • Ensuring policies and procedures compliance.
