EARLY CAREER PROGRAM - CHLOROPHYLL 2023

The Chlorophyll Program is designed for people who seek a performance based culture that is built on meritocracy - ambitious, hard-working, passionate employees who deliver results will be rewarded.

It starts with a 6 months internship based in Ferentino with assignments in various functional groups.

Those Interns successful in the program will experience accelerated career opportunities throughout job rotations in other departments of the Site.

We focus on motivating, engaging and developing outstanding new graduates to support the continued success of the business showing them aspects not normally seen so early in career.

Requirements:

You are on track on your exams and you're about to complete your second year (Master) in Management Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Biomedical Engineering, CTF, Pharmacy, Biotechnology
Fluent English
International experience, for example from studying a full semester abroad, working or volunteering
Excellent communication skills
Learning agility
