    ASAP Travel: None Sponsorship is not available Human Resources Manager Description Our client in the telecommunications industry is looking for a Human Resources Manager to add to their team outside of Somerset, New Jersey.

    As the sole HR team member, you will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions for this 40-person organization, fostering a positive work environment, and managing relationships with HR vendors.

    The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of HR principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.

    Human Resources Manager Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement HR strategies
    • Manage full recruitment lifecycle
    • Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters
    • Oversee performance management procedures
    • Administer compensation and benefits programs
    • Develop and enforce HR policies to ensure compliance with regulations
    • Identify and coordinate training programs
    • Implement initiatives to foster a positive work environment
    • Handle HR administrative tasks such as record-keeping
    • Maintain relationships with HR vendors for quality service delivery
    • Resolve conflicts or disputes between team members
    • Prepare HR reports and metrics for management review
    Human Resources Manager Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree required
    • 5+ years of human resources experience required
    • HR policy development experience required
    • Experience managing HR vendors (401K, payroll, employee training, etc.) required
