Travel & Events Specialist

Requiremen_ts:_
Prior experience in the Travel & Events industry
Minimum C1 level of English, both spoken and written
Problem solving skills, flexibility, initiative and the ability to work as part of a team
Selfstarter
Ability to travel
Considered a plus:_
Knowledge of fiscal rules related to business expenses to ensure compliance with relative laws and regulations
Good knowledge of AS400
Familiarity with expense reporting tools (e.g., Ztravel, Sap Concur, Factorial,
Smartex, Emburse)

What to expect next
Following the initial resumé screening, the process includes a single interview with the Travel department and HR Team. At this stage, soft skills and expertise will be assessed.
