YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

International Customer managementFull responsibility for the Order-to-Cash process (from order management to invoicing and complaint management)Creation of customs documentationSales administrative related activities (e.g.

marketability, reports)Monitor and optimize operational performance KPIsRegular interfaces with the sales team, logistics, marketing and finance department as well as production planningYOUR PROFILE
High school diploma, Bachelor/Master's degree is an advantage2-3 years' experience in a similar roleStrong customer orientationPassion for multicultural backgrounds and good understanding of processesAutonomous, pro-active, structured team player with high attention to detailsComfortable with MS Office and ideally SAP softwareknowledgeFluent English-knowledge, German and/or Italian is a plusOUR OFFER
