We are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcer who will report to the Corporate Talent Acquisition Manager Italy and Switzerland as part of our dynamic team in Milan.

  • How you will contribute_
  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition team Italy and France on recruiting Tech & Digital profiles
  • Participate in the recruiting briefing meetings to collect information related to the recruiting need
  • Support in producing reports on recruiting KPIs
  • Who you are_
  • A professional with a passion for recruiting activities, with a customer centric approach
  • A bachelors/masters graduate in business/human resources/other related field
  • Knowledgeable about recruitment processes
  • A good communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills both within the team and with external stakeholders
  • Able to set up priorities and perform under challenging deadlines, working in compliance with confidentiality and high ethical standards
  • Proactive, curious and with a positive approach
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel and Power Point as a must)
  • Knowledgeable about Workday (people erp's) is a plus
  • Fluent in Italian and English; French knowledge as a plus
