We are looking for a Process Governance & Tools Expert based in Italy France Portugal or India to develop maintain governance frameworks define coordinate M Cycle governance routines monitor process compliance drive corrective actions manage tool landscape monitor tool performance coordinate updates integrations enhancements provide timely support to users identify root causes act as interface between business users technical teams administer user access permissions conduct periodic audits ensure tool usage complies with QtC E standards governance monitor distribute KPIs cycle time backlog project performance profitability provide insights recommendations support decision making identify opportunities enhance process efficiency governance usability lead training onboarding communication promote best practices continuous improvement culture build maintain strong key user network collect feedback address operational challenges prioritize improvements.Responsibilities
Develop and maintain governance frameworks for consistent QtC E execution across all regions Define and coordinate M Cycle governance routines Ensure QtC E steps are understood applied continuously improved Monitor process compliance drive corrective actions Enable effective cross functional collaboration Manage the QtC E tool landscape Monitor tool performance drive improvements aligned with business needs Coordinate updates integrations enhancements Maintain guidelines training materials user documentation Provide timely support to users Identify root causes Act as interface between business users technical teams Administer user access permissions Conduct periodic audits Ensure tool usage complies with QtC E standards governance Monitor distribute KPIs cycle time backlog project performance profitability Provide insights recommendations Support decision making Identify opportunities enhance process efficiency usability Lead training onboarding communication Promote best practices continuous improvement culture Build maintain strong key user network Collect feedback Address operational challenges Prioritize improvements.Descrizione del lavoro
