- Assist traders in the execution and administration of physical coffee contracts
- Enter and maintain contracts in the trading system
- Monitor contract performance, shipment schedules, and delivery timelines
- Coordinate logistics with freight forwarders, warehouses, and inspection companies
- Manage trade documentation
- Support position tracking (physical and futures)
- Assist in preparing exposure and P&L reports
- Liaise with international coffee suppliers, exporters, and clients
- Coordinate internally with logistics, finance, and quality departments
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, Finance, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in commodity trading
- Strong Excel skills
- Fluent xkiyazw English and Italian (essential);
additional languages are a plus - High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Interest in commodity markets and international trade
