Lead the EMEA supply chain teams through process discussions Prepare training material to supportcurrent and new processes Provide input to global, multi-functional teams for improving processes around the globe Lead core project teams to drive to global solutions Prepare standard processes to guide our teams FOR THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED:
Bachelor's Degree in business or another related field Relevant supply chain experience Experience leading process improvement initiatives Strong Oracle E-Business Suite experience preferred Proficient in English language European travel as required (around 10%) WHO YOU ARE:

You facilitate an open dialogue with a wide variety of contributors and collaborators, readily proposing future scenarios, always integrating diverse views and finding common ground.

You distinguish between what's relevant and what's unimportant to make sense of complex situations, relying on a mixture of analysis, wisdom, experience, and judgement when making decision.
