You will be a great support for a project management team based in Lodi (LO). You will have the opportunity to interact with all company departments at an international level.


Responsibilities:


  • Support project managers in daily administrative activities;
  • Organize the shipping of orders and documents;
  • Manage and organize documentation relatively to projects;
  • Learn how to use SAP and using it for related tasks;
  • Interact with all company departments in and outside Italy;
  • Living core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues, and the business.


  • Your background

  • Bachelor/Master degree in Engineering,
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office;
  • Fluency in Italian and English (B2/C1);
  • Strong level of proactivity and willingness to learn;
  • Strong problem solving skills;
  • A collaborative approach and team working skills.
