Role Overview:
We are seeking an exceptional Retail Activations Marketing Executive, to support in delivering the JD brand's global marketing vision across the Italian market.
To advance the JD brand, maximising awareness and connection to the consumers to deliver strategies and initiatives for the region.
The Retail Activations Marketing Executive will work closely with the Senior Retail Activations Executive & Marketing Manager, and will be responsible for helping executing strategic retail activation campaigns and events to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
This role demands a dynamic, results-driven individual with a passion for creating memorable brand experiences through activations and events.

The JD Marketing team puts the consumer at the heart of what we do to develop campaigns, content, partnerships, activations & events that elevate the JD brand and maximise consumer impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Help implementing strategy and executing activations aligned with organizational goals and brand objectives.
- Participate in planning and executing a range of events, from largescale product launches to intimate VIP gatherings.
- Cross-
Functional Collaboration:
work closely with marketing, retail, 3PB, Partnerships, social and influencers teams to ensure seamless execution of activations and events.
- Supplier & 3PB agencies contact: Identify, ask proposals and manage external vendors and partners for eventrelated services.
- Performance Analysis: help elaborating reports to evaluate the success of activations and events through postevent analysis, including ROI metrics and attendee feedback.
- Share best practices within the market and with the wider EU marketing team and critically assess how activations can be applied/expanded.

Skills/Experience/Knowledge Needed:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in event management and activations, with a track record of successfully executing highimpact campaigns.
- High level verbal and written English and Italian, any other European language is a plus.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement strategic activation plans aligned with brand objectives.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective coordination with internal teams and external partners.
- Team player with solid interpersonal, networking and negotiating skills.
- Problem Solving: Ability to quickly identify and address challenges during event planning and execution.
- Geographically mobile. Open to travel to cover events and activations.
