Responsibilities:


  • Supervising the reservation team and ensuring that all customer inquiries and bookings are handled efficiently and professionally
  • Coordinating with other departments, such as housekeeping and front desk, to ensure that customer needs are met throughout their stay
  • Developing and implementing reservation policies and procedures to improve efficiency and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Analyzing booking data and making recommendations for pricing and inventory management
  • Maintaining accurate records of reservations and customer interactions
  • Generating reports and presenting findings to senior management as needed

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in a reservation management role, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency with reservation systems and Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of the hospitality industry and a passion for providing exceptional customer service
  • Opera knowledge is required
  • Fluent Italian and good english knowledge
