Descrizione
Responsibilities:
- Supervising the reservation team and ensuring that all customer inquiries and bookings are handled efficiently and professionally
- Coordinating with other departments, such as housekeeping and front desk, to ensure that customer needs are met throughout their stay
- Developing and implementing reservation policies and procedures to improve efficiency and enhance customer satisfaction
- Analyzing booking data and making recommendations for pricing and inventory management
- Maintaining accurate records of reservations and customer interactions
- Generating reports and presenting findings to senior management as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in a reservation management role, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with reservation systems and Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of the hospitality industry and a passion for providing exceptional customer service
- Opera knowledge is required
- Fluent Italian and good english knowledge
