Ariete Capital is an investment company focused on strategic participations and growth projects.
We are hiring a Junior Developer to join our tech team and help build tools, automations, and integrations that support investment operations.
What you will do- Build and maintain API integrations between internal and external services
- Design and implement Airtable bases, automations and scripts to support operations and CRM workflows
- Prototype and develop scripts and automations using Claude Code and Antigravity or equivalent LLM/automation tools
- Work with MCP-related tooling and microservice patterns to deploy and test small components
- Write, test and document code and automations; participate in peer code reviews and debugging
- Collaborate with investment, operations and compliance teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
Practical experience with Airtable:
base design, scripting, automations and integrations
- Hands-on experience with Claude Code or equivalent LLM development environments, including prompt engineering and tool integration
- Familiarity with Antigravity or similar orchestration/automation platforms
- Strong understanding of API development and consumption (REST and/or GraphQL)
- Knowledge of MCP concepts or willingness to learn quickly (Model/Module Control Plane or analogous orchestration systems)
- Proficiency in at least one scripting language such as Python or
- Experience with Git and basic testing practices
- Basic awareness of API security and secrets management
- Problem solver mindset and pragmatic approach to shipping working solutions
- Strong curiosity for AI, automation and low-code/no-code tooling
- Clear communicator capable of working with non-technical stakeholders
- Team player who can work in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented and able to prioritize competing tasks
- Rapid learner with a growth mindset
- Internship or entry-level profile with university projects, internships or early professional experience relevant to the role
- Professional English, both written and spoken
Preferred hybrid presence:
available to work from the office approximately three days per week
