JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES:

Control of the WW marketing and training spending and managing the monthly closing process. Keeping marketing and training costs follow up accurate and reliable on the monthly level engaging finance and business stakeholder with regular updates.
Support the Budget Owners in defining budgets and the latest estimates by project.
Analyze the variance of actual spending vs plan (regular and ad hoc).
Develop tools for better control and analyze the marketing and training spending. Contribute to the eventual definition of new standards, reports and outputs.
Acting as a finance/business partner to supervise and catching opportunities of investment efficiency through funded training activities.
Support order management lifecycle process liaising with business and accounting team.
Prepare the economic reports for the Top Management.
Report regularly to Corporate the actuals and forecasts in requested details.
Draw up ad hoc analyzes, supporting internal customers in the fulfillment of their requests.

TECHNICAL SKILLS - PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE:

Educational Background in Economics, Finance, Accounting
Previous experience in Controlling or Finance Department
Solid experience with OFFICE software packages, SAP knowledge, Hyperion Planning
Strong analytical, critical thinking and problemsolving skills
Sound judgment and independent decision making
Ability to work under pressure and in complex situations
Interpersonal / communication skills
Attention to detail and time, projectmanagement skills
People management
