    Cosa farai nel primo anno

    0>3 mesi

    • Affianchi PM e key user per mappare esigenze e processi.
    • Prototipi funzioni in Salesforce e validi requisiti.
    • Consegni mini-task end-to-end (setup, test, demo).
    • Ottieni le prime certificazioni SF admin e consultant.

    3>6 mesi

    • Redigi analisi funzionali e disegni processi to-be.
    • Istruisci sviluppatori su logiche di business, coordini test e collaudi.
    • Conduci formazioni utenti su funzionalità rilasciate.

    6>12 mesi

    • Guida uno stream di progetto con KPI, backlog e rilasci cadenzati.
    • Porti insight su reingegnerizzazione e adozione.
    • Contribuisci a best practice e template interni.

    Chi cerchiamo (must-have)

    • Laurea o diploma con solida attitudine STEM.

    • Attitudine consulenziale: ascolto, sintesi, domande giuste.
    • Problem solving e cura del dettaglio; lavoro di squadra proattivo.
