    JOB PURPOSE


    We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented candidate to join our Prada Clienteling & Campaign Team. The role will support the definition, implementation and then monitoring of Prada Clienteling Strategy, made by both one-to-one and one-to-many initiatives, working closely with other HQ Teams such as Retail, Digital, IT, Communication and E-commerce teams. The ideal candidate combines analytical skills with a strong understanding of luxury world.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Develop, manage and execute one-to-one campaigns, liaising with regional and corporate teams to deliver tailored and effective campaigns
    • Develop, manage and execute one-to-many communications in collaboration with other HQ teams (mainly Digital, E-commerce, IT)
    • Collaborate with Time-to-Market, Merchandising, and Digital teams to ensure alignment and brand consistency.
    • Manage campaign calendars and ensure timely delivery of all communications
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate assets and contents
    • Support Global Clienteling strategy by providing actionable insights to key stakeholders
    • Provide regular reporting and actionable recommendations to Top Management and other key stakeholders
    • Ensure operational excellence across the regional teams; distribute key KPIs and share best practices
    • Be a Clienteling Ambassador within the brand

    KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering or related fields
    • Previous experience in CRM, Clienteling or Client Department, preferably within a luxury brand
    • Experience in store as Client Advisor or In-Store CRM/Clienteling or In-Store Training considered a strong plus
    • Ability to think critically, identify solutions and deliver recommendations based on data and analysis
    • Ability to organize multitude of tasks simultaneously
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills
    • Fluency in English and Italian, additional languages are a plus
