Job Description:


The Office Based Account Manager (OBAM) focuses on the Customer Experience CX and business Growth of a cluster of SME customers.


The OBAM will generate an assigned target of revenue growth by developing a pipeline of opportunities and through customer calls, co-generation and lead of Sales campaigns, follow-up on digital sales leads and business referrals.

It includes negotiating to achieve sales close.


Key Accountabilities- Manage customer relations and improve CX across a portfolio of customers, understanding their needs, offering solutions on procedures - as per CHEP's Segmented Value proposition- Overview and support the yearly audit program in line with CHEP audit policies and in collaboration with relevant teams (Central Audit team, CSO)- Support in Close the loop process and followup actions on customers' NPS survey- Manage business expansion leads from customer and internal leads, web searches, other digital resources, tracking advancement on CRM pipeline- Set up and lead of massive commercial campaigns based on category, service/product mix and seasonality, in collaboration with marketing and business development- Generate engagement on social media, demand generation tools (LikedIn Sales Navigator)- Maintain database (CRM Salesforce) of apt client information and interaction, of updated size and timing of the opportunity, tracking each sales stage.

What we are looking for- 1-3 years experience in a customer facing role a plus- strong communication and networking skills, comfortable in calling new people- tenacious in handling rejection and eager to expand company business
