Per la nostra sede di Torino siamo alla ricerca di una figura di Pilot Manager, il quale sarà responsabile di organizzare e gestire l'attività del progetto pilota sul nostro Strumento di Diagnosi dell'elettronica automotive all'interno della rete di concessionari dell'azienda automobilistica.
Il progetto pilota del Tool di Diagnosi ha lo scopo di rilasciare i contenuti dello Strumento di Diagnosi, in anticipo rispetto ai tempi ufficiali, a un gruppo ristretto di concessionari; l'obiettivo è verificare i nuovi contenuti in un ambiente reale e può essere considerato un test gamma.
L' attività prevede la definizione e l'implementazione di un processo per:
Selezionare un gruppo ristretto di concessionari da includere nel pilota; Impostare e gestire un canale di comunicazione adeguato ai tecnici selezionati; Preparare documenti di presentazione del progetto e tenerli aggiornati; Mantenere relazioni proficue con i tecnici delle concessionarie dell'azienda automobilistica; Raccogliere il feedback del Diagnosis Tool Pilot ed informare prontamente il team di sviluppo dello strumento di diagnosi per applicare le azioni correttive. Fornire assistenza ai concessionari del Diagnosis Tool Pilot coinvolgendo i team interessati (HD, sviluppatori, tester...). Qualsiasi altra azione per l'implementazione e la gestione del Diagnosis Tool Pilot. Conoscenza dell' architettura del veicolo , in particolare dell'impianto elettrico ed elettronico Conoscenza della lingua inglese a livello professionale , sia scritto che parlato (minimo B2) Capacità organizzative, di pianificazione e coordinamento delle attività associate al progetto pilota Capacità di analisi dei dati e dei feedback raccolti durante il progetto pilota, per identificare eventuali problemi o aree di miglioramento e proporre soluzioni appropriate. Saper comunicare in modo chiaro ed efficace con una varietà di stakeholder , inclusi tecnici, manager e membri del team di sviluppo. Orientamento al cliente ed ai risultati , focalizzandosi sul raggiungimento degli obiettivi del progetto pilota, che possono includere il miglioramento dello Strumento di Diagnosi e il soddisfacimento delle esigenze dei concessionari e dei clienti.
