Concierge

The Concierge possess excellent social skills, having perfected the art of service in regards to guests and colleagues alike.

The responsibilities will encompass a precise approach to evaluating guests' needs and finding the most efficient and hospitable solution hereof.

Duties:

Works with guests prearrival and in house to learn preferences and provide insightful recommendations and/or transfers
Manages the prearrival process of all future guests, arranging services such as inhouse wine tastings, dining reservations, shipping packages, various Transportation methods etc.
Operates all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible
Handles customer dissatisfaction
Assists customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, inhouse events, directions, etc.
Interacting with guest in person and by phone, following Borgo Santo Pietro standards.
