A.Continuous Improvement & Sustainability Internship

  Your Role
• You will be part of the Operational Excellence Department for a sixmonth internship and will support the Continuous Improvement activities
• You will collaborate in the development of a Corporate Project focused on Sustainability, by supporting Focus Field BA leaders & Plant specific leaders for data collection, best practices extension, implementation of new measures, roadmap and budget management
• You will manage a Dashboard for project progress monitoring
• You will support the team in preparing and sharing information, data and presentations
• You will collaborate also on Performance Management activities for the analysis and the improvement of performance
• You will contribute to the collection of stakeholders needs, development, coordination and monitoring of activities, data organization, KPIs definition and analysis, implementation of Dashboards with Power B.I.
• You will learn and take part to the 5S methodology implementation, participating in different initiatives in office and workshop and auditing activities
• You will support the management of the Operational Excellence Roadmap related to performance improvement projects
• You will have the opportunity to join an international and dynamic environment contributing to the worldwide project management activities

Your Profile

• Master's degree in Sustainability, Resourse economics, Green Economy, Engineering Management, Business Management or related fields
• Proficiency in Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Teams)
• Knowledge of Power BI, Microsoft 365, Visio are highly appreciated
• Knowledge of Continuous improvement principles is a plus
• Attitude and interest in Project Management activities
• Data management and analysis skills
• Strong analytical and conceptual problem solving skills
• Structured, collaborative and responsible way of working
• Strong motivation to be part of an international environment
• Team working and proactive approach
• Fluency in English and Italian
