To develop our new team in Kaunas (Lithuania), we are searching for a

Customer Care - International Road Freight Forwarding (M/F/d)

Core activities:

Direct contact with customers and carriers
Handling of customers' requests regarding the status of deliveries
Managing complaints and disputes
Transport document management & monitoring of the supply chain

Requirements:

A minimum of 1 year experience in the transportation and international forwarding sector
Strong organizational skills and problemsolving competence
Structured and autonomous way of working
Ability to work in a team
Determination and stress resistance
Strong computer skills (MS-Office)
Lithuanian and English languages are mandatory, other foreign language skills are a plus (e.g. Italian, French, German)
