Are you ready to embark on an exciting journey within our Professional Hygiene Business Unit? We're on the lookout for a passionate and dedicated Customer Services Intern to join our friendly team in the office of Legnano (Milano).


About the Role:


As a Customer Services Intern, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional support to our valued customers and our dynamic Sales Team.

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a seamless and efficient "order to billing" process, guaranteeing our customers receive timely and accurate service.

What You Will Do
Your days will be filled with diverse tasks, making this role both challenging and rewarding:

  • You'll give support for managing orders, from customer demand to invoicing, using both manual and automatic processes.
  • Keeping a keen eye on product availability, pricing, and delivery times will be essential to ensure our customers' needs are met. Your timely responses and accurate information will provide invaluable support to our customers and Sales Force.
  • You will be a pro at navigating SAP, setting up and checking prices, promotions, and discounts.
  • Your analytical skills will come into play as you prepare reports and conduct daily analyses, contributing to our continuous improvement efforts.
  • Collaboration will be at the heart of your role, as you work closely with various departments, including SUS, Logistics, Sales, and Marketing, to optimize operations and drive success.

Who You Are

  • Do you hold a degree in Economics, Foreign Languages, or others? Alternatively, are you currently pursuing your academic studies and searching for an internship opportunity in a related field?
  • Your ability to communicate effectively in both Italian and English will be critical to foster strong relationships across the organization. Knowledge of the Spanish language is appreciated
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is a must
  • In this fastpaced environment, your outstanding multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills will be put to good use
  • Furthermore, your problemsolving abilities and teamwork spirit will be highly valued in our collaborative work culture
