Job description

Would you like to start a new professional adventure as SCRUM MASTER in one of our opportunities in the Electronics world in Bergamo?

What will you do?

Manage day-to-day aspects of Agile framework ceremonies
Facilitate effective collaboration, decision-making, issue resolution, and consensus among the team members and dependent teams
Handle project timelines, scope, budget, issues, and risks according to defined process, in collaboration with the Project Manager
Empower the team to self-organize
Coach team to use SCRUM effectively and ensures team motivation is always high

What do we request?

At least 2 years of experience as Scrum Master
Very good experience and knowledge of Agile Frameworks
Scrum Master or Agile certified
Excellent communication skills
Excellent verbal and written communication in Italian and English
