    Responsible for achieving personal sales target related to commercial customer segment through cross selling and the engagement of new commercial customers.

    The main areas of responsibility are:

  • Ensure the achievement of a personal sales target through cross selling of all service lines on existing customers and new sales on commercial prospects
  • Ensure speed in answering to customer needs generating new quotations and contracts
  • Responsibility on sell pricing according to Chart of Authority Document in charge
  • Ensure follow up to marketing campaigns and other sales initiatives.
  • Ensure information continuous update in the company's CRM
  • Support Territorial Sales Area Manager to manage scope extension and project update to guarantee a good data entry in CRM
  • Provide an adequate system of reporting to Sales Manager
  • Reporting lines:

    The Commercial Customer Officer reports to the Sales Manager North

  • Previous experience in similar roles in sales/ back-office
  • Experience with customer relationship management in different channels (telephone, email, chat)
  • Knowledge or experience in certification sector is preferred
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Fluent Italian, good level of English
  • Advanced MS Office skills
  • Power BI knowledge will be an asset
  • University degree
