KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


Leadership and Management

  • Provide overall leadership to the Process discipline team in Italy.
  • Select, mentor, and develop emerging talents to align with NOV Wellstream Processing objectives.

Competency Development

  • Attract, select, mentor, and maintain competencies within the Process engineering team.
  • Identify competency gaps and recommend actions to address them.
  • Develop commercial awareness within the team.

Project Execution

  • Allocate efficient Process teams for each project.
  • Implement Change Management strategies.
  • Manage risks and opportunities associated with Process engineering activities.
  • Ensure adherence to Project Execution Model, meeting timelines, budget, and quality expectations.

Business Development

  • Maintain and cultivate business relationships with Clients and Suppliers.
  • Support the expansion of NOV Wellstream Processing market share.

Colleague Collaboration

  • Work closely with peers to achieve shared goals.
  • Foster a positive work environment and promote business continuity.
  • Develop crossdiscipline interest, knowledge, and share best practices.
  • Provide support to the global engineering organization.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:


  • Minimum 15 years of relevant experience, preferably in oilfield services or a similar industry.
  • Engineering degree in relevant technical disciplines; M.Sc. in Chemical Engineering (process engineering) strongly preferred.
  • Experience with Process Systems such as Monoethylene Glycol reclamation, Triethylene Glycol reclamation, Sulphate Removal Units, Gas Sweetening, and Separation technologies.
  • Fluent in English (both written and verbal).
  • Fluent/mother tongue in Italian.
