    The purpose of this role is to implement and execute Analytics and CRO initiatives, in line with the agreed strategy, to maintain, develop and exceed client performance targets.

    Job Description:

    Key responsibilities:

  • Guiding clients through digital transformation processes with empathy and understanding of their needs.
  • Creating presentations and data-based reports for clients and/or internal teams. Conducting ad-hoc analyses (campaign flights, channel performance, funnel analysis, etc.).
  • Generating reports in Looker Studio.
  • Managing the Google Analytics console and implementing tracking via tag manager.
  • Defining measurement strategy and monitoring KPIs in accordance with the client.
  • Collaborating with company teams to understand client needs.
  • Coordinating and supervising projects related to Digital Analytics, involving all stakeholders

    • Qualifications:

  • Experience of at least 2/3 years in setting up tracking systems and reporting for medium to large clients on Google Analytics and/or Adobe Analytics platform
  • Degree in Technical-Computer Science, Engineering, Internet Sciences, Statistics, Marketing, Mathematics or Physical sciences
  • Excellent knowledge of Google Analytics and/or Adobe Analytics
  • Good knowledge of Google Tag Manager and/or Adobe Launch
  • Knowledge and use of A/B testing and other testing methodologies (Adobe Target, Contentsquare or others)
  • Excellent skills in using Google Presentation (or Powerpoint) and Google Sheet (or Excel)
  • Basic knowledge of Web Marketing, SEO, and SEM
  • Excellent knowledge of the Italian language
  • Good knowledge of the English language
