- International Customer management
- Full responsibility for the Order-to-Cash process (from order management to invoicing and complaint management)
- Creation of customs documentation
- Sales administrative related activities (e.g. marketability, reports)
- Monitor and optimize operational performance KPIs
- Regular interfaces with the sales team, logistics, marketing and finance department as well as production planning
- High school diploma, Bachelor/Master's degree is an advantage
- 2-3 years' experience in a similar role
- Strong customer orientation
- Passion for multicultural backgrounds and good understanding of processes
- Autonomous, pro-active, structured team player with high attention to details
- Comfortable with MS Office and ideally SAP softwareknowledge
- Fluent English-knowledge, German and/or Italian is a plus
