    To support ourgrowing company, we are currently looking for a new colleague to enrich our dynamicInternational Customer Service & Sales Support Team.

    YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • International Customer management
  • Full responsibility for the Order-to-Cash process (from order management to invoicing and complaint management)
  • Creation of customs documentation
  • Sales administrative related activities (e.g. marketability, reports)
  • Monitor and optimize operational performance KPIs
  • Regular interfaces with the sales team, logistics, marketing and finance department as well as production planning
  • YOUR PROFILE

  • High school diploma, Bachelor/Master's degree is an advantage
  • 2-3 years' experience in a similar role
  • Strong customer orientation
  • Passion for multicultural backgrounds and good understanding of processes
  • Autonomous, pro-active, structured team player with high attention to details
  • Comfortable with MS Office and ideally SAP softwareknowledge
  • Fluent English-knowledge, German and/or Italian is a plus
