With the aim of strengthening the Tenders Office Department, we are recruiting a

Tenders Office Support

Main Responsibilities:

Analysis of tender documentation for public and private companies.
Preparation of administrative tender documents, assembling the technical documentation and preparation of the economic offer.
Support in the preparation of documentation in case of provisional or final award, extension and/or renewal of the contract.
Management of qualifications in supplier register.
Support for contract signing.
Scouting for new tenders on different sources.

Requirements:

High school diploma, preferably with a Bachelor's Degree in Economics or Law.
Previous experience of 13 years in tender management, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector.
Accuracy and attention to detail.
Goal orientation.
Passion and a sense of responsibility in carrying out one's work.
Good knowledge of English language (B1 level).

Our offer:

Salary between €
