Job summary
La risorsa si occuperà di guidare la trasformazione dei processi aziendali e dei sistemi informativi (ERP, CRM ) in un contesto strutturato e in crescita.Responsabilità:
- Mappare e riprogettare i processi end-to-end
- Definire KPI, ownership dei processi e modelli di controllo operativo
- Identificare inefficienze e rischi operativi
- Tradurre i processi di business in requisiti funzionali per ERP e CRM
- Gestire una roadmap di trasformazione di 12–24 mesi
