    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
    Management of contractual documentation
    Reviews and validates contract drafts for B2B and B2C contracts, based on the guidelines of legal departmentSupports dedicated departments in relations with financial partners for contractual and legal issuesReviews and validates contract drafts with external vendors for the purchase of goods and services and the outsourcing of activitiesReviews supporting documentation for Nap CommitteeCollaborates with external consultants and experts on Legal and Regulatory mattersCoordinates activities and validation processes with Policy Servicing (Dublin) on Italian market regulations, as well as any product/partner/contractual-related topicsSupport to product and project management
    Collaborates with Head Office functions for the identification and the implementation of the regulations and laws to be applied to the Italian Branch of the companySupport to Sales Team in the design and development of insurance products and on legal and regulatory related assignments or topics (e.g., studies on new guarantees)Prepares supporting documentation related products and projects managementSupport to Complaints department and Financial Partners on Italian Complaints ManagementIs responsible for preparing a legal opinion in response to specific ad hoc legal requestsLegal watch and regulation analysis
    Organizes and manages the Italian legal watchSupports analysis and comprehension of Italian and European rules and regulations, by:
    o Analyzing Italian and European regulatory changes
    o Aligning with the compliance CACI team on regulatory updatesProvides legal support to the departments concerned in case of inspections by the authoritiesManagement of complaints and litigations

    Manages litigations with B2C and B2B customers, in collaboration with dedicated team in DublinTravel to Paris have to be expected.
