We currently have an opportunity for a talented and creative Sous Chef to join our iconic Four Seasons Hotel Milano in Italy. Reporting into the Executive Chef Fabrizio Borraccino, you will be working alongside with the culinary team for the preparation of food items for guest orders ensuring consistent quality following recipe cards as well as production, portion and presentation standards.Descrizione del lavoro
