Visual Merchandising Assistant Role

As part of the Guerlain Marketing team, this role will support the VM Team in various activities:

Responsibilities

Manage and present briefs to suppliers for point-of-sale (POS) materials such as trade activations, outposts, podiums, and windows, aligning with brand strategies and guidelines.
Collaborate with local production processes to ensure accurate execution of in-store projects and obtain HQ approval.
Assist with purchase orders, material requests, and local deliveries.
Support POSM forecasting and analysis.
Report on competitive best practices.
Manage and develop in-store materials for planned activities according to VM guidelines, in synergy with the trade team.
Act as the main point of contact within the VM team for trade requests and needs.
Leverage visual merchandising as a way to drive sales.
Conduct store checks and presence during set-up to ensure correct implementation.

Profile

Mastery of marketing, management, design, or architecture at the Master's degree level.
Passionate about the beauty and luxury market.
Excellent analytical skills.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, SAP (a plus).
Knowledge of space allocation/design software (Adobe, Auto Cad, SKP) (a plus).
Flexibility, proactivity, and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail is essential.
Fluency in English.
