Posizione:


  • The person will work in the Infrastructure function to support h24 service (enlarged EMEA ) with the following major responsibilities:
  • Complete Major Incident logging on ITSM Support Tools
  • Problem Management Report with Root Cause Analysis(if a Problem is detected)
  • Change Report (if a fixing change took place)
  • Workaround Documentation (if a workaround is used to fix incident) and maintain a Known
  • Complete Major Incident logging on ITSM Support Tools

  • Change Report (if a fixing change took place)
  • Workaround Documentation (if a workaround is used to fix incident) and maintain a Known
Error Database

  • Available to cover 1 or 2 shift/month on call h24

Requisiti:


  • Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Technology degree
  • Experience leading and facilitating critical bridge calls with a large number of participates, including management and vendors
  • Experience reporting incident status to all levels of leadership, including executive level
  • Ability to identify risks and establish priorities in a high energy environment
  • Ability to lead technical triage discussions through restoration and problem resolution
  • Possess strong leadership, facilitation, critical thinking and creative problem solving, negotiation/persuasion, vendor management, communication and organizational skills
  • Experience operating in a managed services and/or multisourced environment
  • Fluent written and spoken English and Italian are mandatory
  • Ideally knowledgeable of Stellantis process and resources, including vendors

Altre informazioni:


  • Minimum 5 years' experience in web technologies, networking, and database
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in Enterprise Application Architecture
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with ITIL incident, problem and change management processes and tools

Location
The Support Team provided by Supplier will work in Turin during on site activities
