Contract Engagement Advisor:


Intesa, part of the Kyndryl Group and leading ICT company focused on digital transformation, is looking for a passionate
Contract Engagement Advisor who is driven to exceed expectations in an international environment.

The contract engagement advisor performs activities of contract negotiation and contract approval process management in collaboration with stakeholders.


Key responsibilities

  • Negotiate, draft and revise ICT contracts and agreements with customers and suppliers
  • Cooperate with external stakeholders and ensure that agreements are compliant with relevant laws, regulations and company policies
  • Analyse legal documents and provide advice on potential contractual issues
  • Prepare and review offer proposal and/or basic contract/agreement

Requirements:


  • Master degree in law
  • Bar exam completed
  • Knowledge of Data Privacy regulations
  • Proficient knowledge of English
  • Any previous experience in negotiating and managing agreements is considered an advantage.
  • Knowledge of ICT contract law and the regulatory environment
  • Excellent communication, organisational and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Tech interest is a plus
