Position Overview:

We are looking for a Team Assistant who can support and provide administrative assistance to the Investment Banking Coverage Team.

Responsabilities
Team Assistant is responsible for supporting individuals, teams or departments in the performance of their tasks

Work includes:

Producing, editing, proofing and formatting documents, research papers and speeches
Ensuring data entry and paper/electronic document filing/archiving
Scheduling/coordinating meetings, diaries, and travel arrangements
Receiving/relaying telephone messages from internal and external sources
Ensuring the smooth day to day running of the assigned business unit
Working closely with other administrative support staff to ensure close communication and coordination
Agenda management
Management of expense reports, absences and attendance and internal authorization procedures for the team

Skills, Education & Experience

Economic/Linguistic Studies/Law/ Political and Social Sciences Background
Fluency in English
Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
Open to multitasking
Spirit of initiative and problem solving
Flexibility and confidentiality
