For our office in Milan we are looking for a:

Project Development Manager

Your responsibilities

  • Manage the activities of obtaining authorizations, from the identification of the land and up to the preconstruction phase. Ensure all necessary permissions and permissions up to readytobuild status.
  • Manage codevelopment contracts and relationships with external developers to ensure timely and budgetfriendly deliveries, while adhering to company guidelines and policies
  • Monitor project delivery times and implement best practices
  • Create and maintain project reporting
  • Ensure a structured documentation archive
  • Collaborate with internal functions (Legal, Controlling, Engineering, Interconnection, etc.) in order to successfully develop the assigned projects and in accordance with group procedures and guidelines
  • Manage relations with landowners and contracts for the acquisition of real rights on plant areas;
  • Follow the authorization procedure of the projects, relating constructively with the Authorities and the territory;
  • Support the internal functions for the drafting of EPC and O&M contracts for the construction and maintenance of the plant
  • Support the investment and M&A team on specific aspects of due diligence and acquisition documentation
  • Ensure constant updating about regulatory and authorization frameworks at regional and national level

Your qualifications

  • Degree in Engineering (Environmental, Electrical, Civil or similar) or Architecture.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in permitting and renewable energy
  • Experience in the evaluation of territorial planning tools (Regional and National) and authorization legislation in the field of renewable energy;
  • Knowledge of the legislation concerning connections to the national electricity grid and of the procedural aspects of connection process management (TICA, STMG, STMD, Sharing Agreements etc.)
  • Welldeveloped intercultural and communication skills
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Office, Google Earth, basic knowledge of PVsyst and AutoCAD
  • Excellent knowledge of English.
