We have a fantastic new job opportunity for an Italian speaking Tender Specialist to join a global leading science company and work on their tenders for business contracts for their sales markets of Italy.**

THE JOB

In order to plan, coordinate and manage their business tender operations across Italy, they wish to recruit an Italian speaking Business Tender Specialist.

Working as part of a EMEA, multilingual tender team, you will manage the full administration of the tender process, reviewing tender requirements, assisting with quotations, preparing submission documentation and ensuring each proposal is reviewed and approved before submission.


Typically you will manage the following job responsibilities:

  • Undertake and complete tender admin documents including RFQ, PQQ.
  • Submit documents via Italian tender portals. MEPA, SINTEL etc
  • Manage clarification questions/responses
  • Maintain a library of frequently used documents and standard responses
  • Liaise with colleagues to gather supportive data and works information
  • Manage the approval process before the tender is submitted
  • Create and collate information as required including CVs, technical information, statistics and presentation slides
  • Create production of final documents
  • Review all tender documentation prior to submission, checking for errors/completeness

CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

  • Fluent Italian and English is essential
  • Have a strong business skills in administration and coordination, preferably with experience in sales tender coordination, bid management, marketing or business development but this is not essential as all backgrounds are considered
  • Be able to manage multiple tenders at the same time excellent skills in multi tasking and time management are essential
  • Have the energy and motivation to work to deadlines, manage high value sales tenders and succeed in a fastpaced environment.
  • You will have excellent attention to detail
  • Good communication skills
  • Previous experience in working in the life sciences, pharma or clinical diagnostics in an administration role is an advantage but not essential
  • Previous use of Salesforce an advantage but not essential
  • Full valid visa to live and work in the UK without restriction

SALARY & BENEFITS

35,000 EURO's (negotiable) + superb benefits (5% bonus, stock options, pension, flexible work hours, family leave, holiday, sick leave etc.).


THIS JOB WILL START AS A 6 MONTH FIXED CONTRACT (MATERNITY COVER).
