Descrizione del posto (Mansioni)

To reinforce the Marketing Team, we are looking for a Wholesale Marketing Coordinator, who will be the link between Sales Team and external partners to develop and handle marketing communications to grow Slam Jam's B2B business.

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Wholesale Marketing Manager, he/she will:
Work along with selected Brand Managers to develop and execute a Marketing strategy according to sales targets and marketing budgets;
Collaborate with Slam Jam's Creative team to deliver marketing tools including catalogue, sales sheets, and digital/social assets;
Develop seasonal strategies to ignite new markets and retains customers;
Provide periodical marketing reports and improvement inputs;
Identify the best partners to optimize budgets and return on investments;
Define KPI's of the managed brands, gap analysis and actions to implement;

Requirements:

BA in Marketing, Social Sciences, or related fields
3 years of relevant experience in the same or similar roles
Strong passion for the lifestyle industry
Highly motivated, organized and driven;
Fluent English
The role is full-time and permanent, based in Milan.
