Product & Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team


About The Job:

• Product management for customers throughout Italy and some European countries for electromechanical components and sensors
• Customer portfolio management
• Sales activity focused on identifying and acquiring new business opportunities and new markets
• Drive demand creation initiatives, including designins, market research and technical trend analysis.
• Collaborate closely with customers on product development projects.
• Maintain strong relationships with assigned suppliers, collaborating on product development.
• Partner with the rest of sales team to craft effective gotomarket strategies that boost sales.

About You:

• Extensive background in product management and business development.
• Excellent commercial skills.
• Track record of effective portfolio management.
• Positive work ethic, commercial mindset, communication skills and strong team orientation.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
• Fluent in English.
