All about the role:

For our Susegana plant we are looking for a Supply Chain Project coordinator. Reporting to the Susegana Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible of leading, facilitating and ensuring efficiency and alignment about new Supply Chain projects as well as orchestrating initiatives across functions (e.g. Engineering, R&D, Purchasing, Central Supply Chain).

What you'll do:

Ensure common understanding and cooperation inside Operations Supply Chain roles
Guarantee alignment among Supply Chain roles and external functions
Participate in New Product Development process activities as Supply Chain representative
Coordinate correct production rampup / rampdown
Lead finished goods and components phasein / phaseout
Manage activities for components obsoletes prevention and cleaning
Promote the usage of digital tools in day by day activities
Ensure continue communication between Supply Chain Manager and internal / external stakeholders

Who you are:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Logistic or equivalent work experience

years in a similar role in Supply Chain, Transportation or Warehousing

Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively on crossfunctional, multicultural teams
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Good communication skills with a strong ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Problemsolving mindset with a sense of pragmatism and ownership mindset
Autonomous with a "cando" attitude and a change agent mentality
Proven ability to meet deadlines in a fastpaced dynamic environment
A proficient level of English and Italian
Excellent MS Office skills

You will be based in Electrolux main Food Preservation global site, in Susegana (TV), only 1 hour distance from Venice, where we are undergoing multimillion industry 4.0 investment.

Here you will interact with different functions of the organization such as Quality, Maintenance, R&D, Production, and Supply Chain with the common goal to create the refrigeration of the future.
