We are currently looking for a
CLIENT ADVISORS for our new corner in Napoli. More details on the new opening... coming soon

What will your day to day be like?

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will be responsible for providing a unique and personalized shopping experience to our clients, sharing our values, brand, philosophy and advising on our collections.
In accordance with PDPAOLA's values, you must provide premium and exceptional service to our customers, as well as provide them with a unique 360o shopping and branding experience, since they are our greatest treasure.
Followup and loyalty through telephone or written contact, inviting our customers to return to the store.
Identify and analyze points of improvement throughout the customer experience process and give feedback to the Store Manager
Support in Visual Merchandising tasks to maintain the premium environment of the store.
Support in the daily tasks of organization, product order replenishment and inventory control.
Report on purchasing trends and customer needs to the Store Manager to be able to report it to PDPAOLA Product Team.
Participation and support in the preparation of the events that take place in the store
Ensure the fulfillment of your individual objectives.

Requisitos mínimos

How would we like you to be?

At least, 2 years of professional experience in retail, sales, fashion, beauty, accessories or luxury sector.
Previous experience in the jewelry sector will be highly valued.
Commercial guidance and customer management
Teamwork
Organized, proactive, decisive person with initiative and high communication skills
Flexible and empathetic person, with attention to detail and sensivity for the product and the brand
Passion for fashion
Time availability
Valued high level of English
