Primarily responsible to identify and implement improvements to the Manufacturing Applications through a formalized Change Management process and in agreement with the System Owners
Ensuring the highest technology standards, continuous improvement and awareness of compliance for Manufacturing Applications

Primarily responsible to identify and implement risk-based preventive/corrective actions to the Manufacturing Applications through a formalized CAPA management process and in agreement with all the involved stakeholders
Responsible to assess and propose improvements to the Manufacturing Applications through a formalized Change Management process and in agreement with all the involved stakeholders
Responsible for observations outcome from external regulatory audit for his area of responsibility.
Ensure EHS regulations through compliance with all company policies, procedures, safety rules, national laws.
Execute technical training courses, Gemba walkthrough and promote communication initiatives with all business stakeholders for manufacturing systems
Proposes and supports continuous improvement initiatives aimed at Operational Excellence
Conoscenze professionali/ tecniche:
- At least 3 years experience in GMP Pharmaceutical or Biotech Industry
- At least 3 years experience in Engineering department
- Team working capability
- Capability to manage multiple projects
- Knowledge of Pharmaceutical Operations
- Fluent English
- Good communication skills
