    Dolce & Gabbana, leader in the world of luxury fashion, is looking for a Global Learning & Development Coordinator who will join the global HR function, based in the Italian Headquarter. The successful candidate will have the responsibility to promote the DG values and culture through training, development plan and new project proposals aimed at grow of the DG People, guaranteeing the coordination between the Italian Headquarter and the DG foreign branches, supervising the progress of existing projects and ensuring the compliance to high quality Company standards and Brand Image.

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement training programs for employees worldwide, ensuring alignment with brand values, conducting needs assessments, coordinating workshops, and collaborating with various departments to enhance skills and knowledge across the organization;
  • Evaluate both organizational and individual learning and development needs with HR Business Partners;
  • Build global L&D programs, activities and training material;
  • Oversee the evaluation of training effectiveness and contribute to the development of learning strategies aligned to the company's global vision;
  • Coordinate the full cycle process of the Annual Performance Management in partnership with the HR Functions, guaranteeing the deployment of the guidelines at global level and ensuring a well organized and timely management of the process through the different waves;
  • Design solutions, both in-house and with expert third parties, which includes a blended approach to learning (coaching, classroom training, 1-2-1 sessions, action learning, etc.);
  • Plan, manage, and coordinate internal resources and external providers to deliver on both training and development plans worldwide;
  • Develop and deliver onboarding programs, facilitating introductions to company DNA & Culture, scheduling and coordinating training sessions to facilitate the integration of new joiners and to foster a positive and productive start within the organization;
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of global L&D programs, consolidating the reporting about: results and assimilate contents by the employees, key performance indicators (KPI), new improvement measures to address identified gaps and enhance the programs;
  • Analyze data and elaborate proposals as input to new training and development projects;
  • Coordinate budgets and monitor costs;
  • Manage the Mandatory Training (e.g 231 and GDPR);
  • Manage and find new solutions of funding training initiatives (e.g. Fondimpresa, Fondirigenti, Fondo Nuove Competenze), on top taking care of the collecting necessary data and fulfilling the required documentation;
  • Manage the organization's LMS platform, including user registrations and content uploads;
  • Manage the relations with international Universities organizing plant and store DG visits.
  • Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources; Psychology or Business Administration;
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as L&D Coordinator, Training Coordinator or similar;
  • Fluency in Italian and English, other languages are considered a plus;
  • Knowledge of effective learning and development methods;
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices;
  • Experience in project management and budgeting;
  • Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS);
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, being a strong team player.
