Your 'day to day':


As Panel Coordinator you will ensure the proper organization of P1 Panel sessions on weekly basis; Ensure manufacturing process (including equipment) are appropriately qualified and validated while conducting review of related documentation and leading quality risk assessment and change management activities.


More specifically, Qualification & validation review of:
Manufacturing Equipment & Process - Building & Utilities - Process Change Management. The position will be based in Crespellano, Bologna, Italy.


Specific responsibilities include:

  • Ensure the proper organization of each panel session defining the monthly plan and the participants to each session. Ensure the availability of the samples to be smoked and the related apllication forms to be filled in.
  • Ensure that all the new panelists are always trained on panel execution and that they passed the test before taking part to the first panel session. Train all the new panelists.
  • Review Protocols and Summary Reports and other documentation associated with validations, as appropriate for each validation exercise.
  • Ensure compliance through assisting in internal/external audits. Ensure that all validation activities are carried out and reported in a timely manner for local and functional purposes.
  • Lead and coordinate change management process in the factory and ensure the validated state of the manufacturing process and methods is maintained.
  • Adhere to Health, Safety and Environmental Policies, and keep a healthy and safeconscious working environment, in order to minimize or eliminate risks exposure to personnel, company assets and societal impacts and be in line with or ahead of any applicable Law requirements and Company standards.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Education: College/University
  • 12 years of experience preferably in Chemical, Technology, Pharmaceutical, Food sector background;
  • Well developed IT skills (Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Documentum / Score).
