- Establishing, monitoring, and managing operational goals in order to ensure that the warehouse operates in an efficient way;
- Supervision, organization and training of warehouse staff;
- Develop operating systems by controlling product handling and storage requirements, equipment usage, inventory, door flow, and shipping methods;
- Manage the warehouse team to solve daily operational problems and gain short- and long-term performance goals;
- Supervise day to day operations while controlling and managing inventory and logistics;
- Study workflows, staffing requirements, space allocations, equipment layouts that meet company standards for productivity, quality, and customer service;
- Management and monitoring of international shipments of plants in foreign geographical areas;
- Provide a safe and healthy working environment
- Master Degree in Engineering or Economics;
- At least 3 years of experience in a warehouse role mangaing hourly employees;
- Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of company staff;
- Problem solving skills;
- Data analyst skilss;
- Good relational skilss with focus on team management
- Good knowledge of English.
