Job Overview

As a Service Engineer / Service Technician, you will work from a home office and be responsible for operating in an 80% mechanical and 20% electrical role. You will work within a service engineering team supporting pharmaceutical manufacturers across Italy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating complex pharmaceutical automation equipment (robotics, conveyors, pick/place or other pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment)
• Attending customer calls to provide support and repair services
• Liaising with the engineering planner to coordinate activities and movements

Candidates must have at least 2+ years of service engineering / technician experience gained working on similar equipment. A degree level education is beneficial but not essential. The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, good communication skills and strong analytical abilities.
