About the Role:

Manages the maintenance team to ensure the flow of the production activities within the Production Unit. Assures investment budget and planning for the PU, with specific regards to renewal, adequacy, and substitution investments. Provides support to given structures (Ferrero Engineering and third parties), for the investment execution.

Main Responsibilities:

Designing/reviewing maintenance strategies, procedures and methods in agreement with the Plant;
Ensuring the execution of planned, preventive, predictive maintenance activities within the budget and monitoring the effectiveness;
Assure the breakdown restoration, running root cause analysis and planning required interventions to reduce downtime;
Liaising with client departments, customers and other engineering and production colleague;
Monitoring and controlling maintenance costs, supporting in budget preparation;
Dealing with emergencies, unplanned problems and repairs;
Ensuring compliance with Safety Food Safety and Environmental legislation;
Leading and deploying continuous improvement activities & projects;
Contributes to personal selection and people development.

Who we are looking for:

Master's Degree in Engineering;
At least 5 years of work experience in maintenance / operations area;
Knowledge of 5S, Kobetsu Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing processes;
Excellent analytical thinking;
Problem solving;
People management skills;
Good knowledge of English.
