Job summary
The VIE will join the business line called Agency and Middle Office Financing (centre of expertise covering all Indosuez entities and centralized in Milan) whose main mission is to support the product line Real Estate Financing in order to allow a controlled growth of the business.
This department is also in charge of offering the Agency service in the case of syndicated financing.
Responsibilities
- To be specifically involved in the Real Estate Credit monitoring circuit, with priority given to sensitive and complex files or dedicated 'non-standard' covenants;
- Contribute to a robust permanent control framework to provide timely, reliable and consistent analysis;
- Cooperate with the Risk Management and Credit Structuring teams to assess individual client and sector risks and provide support;
