- Monitor market trends to contribute to the development of our products
- Collaborate with other key C-level managers (Sales Manager, CTO, etc.) to develop new products/services
- Engage the sales team with a data-driven approach
- Develop a detailed and efficient plan for the launch of each new product
- Collect market feedback, relaying needs to the technical development team.
- Proven track record in the role (at least 2 years) preferably within Tech startups with strong focus on hardware-based products, industrial/robotics markets and experience towards service-based business models
- M.Sc. or equivalent degree
- In-depth understanding of product or product line being communicated
- Ability to break down technical features into customer benefits, identify the unique selling proposition, and translate it into understandable language
- Market understanding: ability to collect and analyze market data, identify customer needs, and detect industry trends with the aim of developing an effective product positioning strategy
- Excellent communicator: must be able to dictate the direction of clear and engaging messages for different audiences
- Self-motivated, proactive and target-oriented
- Ability to work across functions collaborating with different departments
- Fluent in English (written and verbal).
